1. No Refund Policy

SRWBILL operates on a strict no refund policy. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Important: By subscribing to SRWBILL, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Why No Refunds?

We maintain a no refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Immediate access to full software features upon payment
  • Complete database and data access provided instantly
  • Dedicated server resources allocated to your account
  • Professional software licensing and operational costs
  • Prevention of service misuse and abuse

All subscription fees cover immediate access to our complete ERP billing software, including all modules, features, and support services.

3. Before You Subscribe

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review our features - Carefully examine all features and modules listed on our website
  • Check system requirements - Ensure your system meets all technical requirements
  • Read documentation - Review our user guides and FAQs
  • Contact support - Ask any questions before subscribing
  • Watch demo videos - See the software in action
  • Understand pricing - Review subscription terms and auto-renewal details

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Monthly Plan

  • Price: ₹200 per month
  • Billed monthly with auto-renewal
  • Non-refundable after payment
  • Cancel anytime before next billing cycle

4.2 Yearly Plan

  • First year: ₹2,000 (one-time payment)
  • Renewal: ₹1,400 (30% discount)
  • Non-refundable after payment
  • Cancel anytime before renewal date

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Technical difficulties on user's end
  • Misunderstanding of features
  • Financial constraints

5. Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

5.1 How to Cancel

  • Login to your dashboard
  • Go to "My Subscription" section
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" or disable auto-renewal
  • Confirm cancellation

5.2 After Cancellation

  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges will be made for future periods
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after period end
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining days of your subscription

6. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

The only exception to our no refund policy is in case of billing errors:

6.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error:

  • Contact us immediately at support@srwbill.in
  • Provide transaction IDs for both charges
  • The duplicate charge will be refunded within 48 hours
  • Refund processed to original payment method

6.2 Unauthorized Charges

If you notice charges you did not authorize:

  • Report immediately to support@srwbill.in
  • We will investigate the matter
  • Legitimate unauthorized charges will be refunded
  • Account security will be reviewed

Note: Auto-renewal charges are NOT considered unauthorized if you have an active subscription with auto-renewal enabled.

7. Service Interruptions

In case of extended service downtime:

7.1 Scheduled Maintenance

  • Regular maintenance is performed as needed
  • Users are notified in advance when possible
  • No refunds or credits for scheduled maintenance

7.2 Unplanned Outages

  • If service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • You may receive account credit (not cash refund)
  • Credit amount based on downtime duration
  • Applied to your next billing cycle

No refunds will be issued. Only account credits may be provided at our discretion.

8. Technical Support

Instead of refunds, we offer comprehensive technical support:

9. Chargebacks

Important Warning: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our terms and will result in immediate account termination.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All data will be made inaccessible
  • You will be banned from future use of SRWBILL
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback: Please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues and finding a fair solution.

10. Data Portability

While we don't offer refunds, we ensure you can always access your data:

  • Export all your data at any time
  • Available formats: Excel, CSV, PDF
  • No restrictions on data export
  • Free data export even after cancellation (within 30 days)

You retain complete ownership of your business data and can export it whenever needed.
